Ultrasonography and Contrast enhanced CT done in a 12 year old female, which shows wedge shaped hypo echoic lesions extending from periphery to hilum with no evidence of vascularity within. On follow-up plain these lesion appear dense areas non-enhancement post contrasting. Patient presented complaints fever pain left hypochondria. Antibiotic course Ceftriaxone was given following patient symptomatically improved resulted recovery.
